2. Account Creation and Usage

2.1. To access and utilize Talentkind's features, you must create an account. All provided account information must be accurate and up-to-date.

2.2. User emails and phone numbers are not publicly displayed. Communication between users, including talents, employers, and trainers, is exclusively facilitated through the "Connect" messenger feature.


3. Exploitation and Harassment Policy

3.1. Talentkind vehemently opposes and condemns all forms of talent exploitation, regardless of scale. We are dedicated to maintaining a safe and ethical platform.

3.2. Our zero-tolerance policy towards any form of sexual harassment is firm. Any account found engaged in such activities will be immediately banned and reported to law enforcement and relevant authorities.

3.3. We uphold and encourage a fair wages policy; ensuring talents are compensated appropriately for their skills and contributions. Anyone found to breach this policy and exploit talent unlawfully will be instantly banned and reported to law enforcement and relevant authorities.

3.4 Talentkind is against discrimination on basis of gender, caste, creed, nationality, race, community and religion. We want to ensure a free and fair encouraging atmosphere on our platform.


4. Project Management services Tool - Applause

4.1. Applause is a project management tool offered by Talentkind, tailored for film, TV, and OTT projects.

4.2. Casting and crewing for entertainment projects can be effectively managed through Applause's job posting and job search features.

4.3. The integrated "Connect" messenger feature enables users to seamlessly interact with potential talents, including cast, crew, and rental services.


5. User Conduct, Content and Ownership

5.1. Users are accountable for the accuracy of their account information and posted content on the platform.

5.2. Engaging in unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, or offensive behaviour is strictly prohibited.

5.3. All content shared on Talentkind, including messages and postings, must adhere to legal and ethical standards.

5.4 Accuracy and Lawfulness

To ensure the quality of our Services for you and other users, it's vital that the content you provide is accurate, complete, and lawful. By using our Sites or Services, you acknowledge and agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete content in your registration and profile(s), and keep it updated as necessary.

• Obtain all necessary rights, licenses, and approvals for the use of any content you provide on the Sites and Services, both by you and other users.
